There is no charge for information and referral services.
Many people receive the help they need simply by calling in and speaking with our knowledgeable receptionists. We receive over 7,000 phone calls per year from members of the public, who either need information about a wide range of topics relating to family change or simply feel stuck and don’t know where to start.
Our friendly staff and volunteers will assist you to get the help you need. They may have the answers to your questions, and they will help direct you to the programs and services that meet your requirements.
