POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS (UNDER 24 HOURS):
First 2 occasions: Clients will be billed half the regular session fee.
All subsequent occasions: Clients will be billed the full regular session fee.
(Exceptions will require permission of the executive director).
