Recovery from the loss of a relationship usually depends on active involvement in one’s healing process. Healing in a group setting, we learn from people who are going through a similar experience as us--sharing thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The group facilitator guides and supports participants to speak about their experiences, and to learn new information by providing handouts and assigning ‘homework,’ which will help participants on their healing journey.

In 16 hours of discussion, listening, and learning we will explore:
- Grief and the Loss of a Relationship
- Telling Our Story
- Healthy Emotions—including anger
- Coping Strategies and Self-care
- Healthy Relationships vs. Co-dependency
- Rebuilding Your Life
- Trust and New Relationships
- Knowing Yourself to know Another Person
How long does the program last? It is an 8 week guided group.
How many in a group? Maximum of 9 participants.
